I defo agree with you the customer support is terrible took me 2 months to get my subscription from them said it wasnt there problem and they wanted a list of the items in the mystery box like seriously Haha
If I could show you the support threads I’ve endured recently you’d have hell of a shock. Absolutely shambolic. I did see that they’ve upgraded their shipping system, but I’m still waiting for orders (supposedly) dispatched over 2 months ago. And given the lack of support (honestly, it’s like something off a comedy sketch) I won’t be ordering from there again.
I have to disagree there man I've twice had a problem and it has been resolved instantly with great helpful staff. They also updated there shipping last month due to complaints and everything I've ordered since comes in 2-3 days
