    some people will baulk at the idea of dropping a grand on a guitar but that's a great deal

    .....still kick myself daily that i did'nt travel up to lincoln and get that ultra telecaster for 900 quid in that deal posted a month or so back

    I love the core 594 look but it’s the best part of £3000 more than this these days. That’s a serious chunk of cheese for probably 10% more guitar.

    Crap bought recently PRS piezo SE for not much less… this looks somehow a better deal

    I still like the piezo personally if I had to chose. I get the whole USA vs SE thing but I looked at the spec on these and they are very stripped back which is a given as they cost a lot less than the blingy Core PRS models and use the exact same SE pickups you have in yours minus the piezo. These are a bit like The Fender usa player models or the gibson tributes IMO which I find myself more drawn towards a tobacco burst LP (edited)
