This is global rom which is no good for UK as no BAND 20 support, people need to buy the global version for UK and make sure it supports BAND 20

You're right to highlight the possibility of paying tax. Nonetheless the tax isn't applied as anyone would find out once it comes to pay for the goods. Essentially looks like the Chinese couldn't give a damn, which is great for UK customers like you and I! :-)

Nice spec for the money but says doesn't support OTA update and some banks might not work so I personally wouldn't buy it

That's cause this version is global rom, when buying a phone from AliExpress you need to look for Global Version with support for Band 20

That's a LOT of kit for that money, especially looking at the charger. Albeit you'll need an adapter, but so worth it

UK version don't need to worry if some bank apps don't work also will get ota updates

I haven't looked it up but the import could have band missing which UK network use (edited)

To be perfectly honest, no-one needs 8GB of ram at this performance level. Storage, sure, but 8GB is total overkill on something with zero X cores.
