They are the remastered PS4 versions I.E. better versions of the ones released on PS3. Resident Evil 4 is the HD version that released on PS3 but is 60fps at 1080p. Resident Evil 5 and 6 also both run at 1080p 60fps and include all DLC. Mercenaries Reunion is also available for RE5 which is the Mercenaries mode but with every character instead of having two seperate modes like the PS3 version had.

If you however are asking if it's the new Resident Evil 4 from 2023, then no but this is still a really great deal. 4 and 5 are amazing. 6 is well personal preference.

I bought the PS3 Resident Evil super bundle for £8.

I hoped that they may be back compatible with the PS4.... I was wrong!

5+6 are flawed games but worth it for the excellent story couch co-op. Brilliant memories.
