Brined in a rich bone marrow beef stock and smoked with hickory wood then slowly cooked to deliver exceptional tenderness and depth of flavour

Our hickory smoked British Beef Brisket is brined in a rich bone marrow beef stock infusion before being smoked with hickory wood for subtly sweet and nutty undertones. The beef is then coated in a blend of BBQ spices and slowly cooked by us for 6 hours to deliver the perfect tenderness before being smothered with a sweet and sticky Tennessee style BBQ glaze.
Our Slow Cooked BBQ Beef Brisket pays homage to renowned BBQ chefs and pitmasters from across the southern united states. Their firsthand techniques and recipes have directly influenced our full Taste The Difference Slow Cooked BBQ range.
We've put in all the time and effort so you can savour the flavour of authentic American BBQ without the fuss!
That's why you can taste the difference

For anyone who wants to smoke a proper brisket on a Kamado, ask your butcher for a point end brisket - then simply do a salt & pepper rub, cook it low & slow at around 120c, spraying occasionally with apple cider vinegar & orange juice (50/50), until internal temp is 92c.

It will take 8-10hrs, then into a cool box wrapped in butcher paper (or tin foil, but the bark will go soft) and towels for 3-4 hours - your guests will love it..!

Got it today. Even comes in nice big thick tray to cook it. Great price for such a big piece.

Guessing there aren't a lot of beef fans around . Great find op, I'll be passing my local store tomorrow, so will pop in to see if they have it.

Had a quick look and you are right, for a 2kg brisket, I definitely can't find one anywhere near this price and that's just the raw product!

Try Campbell's prime meat I got a kilo for around £9 for brisket as it was on offer but if you got a 2kg joint it was far more than £18

Even in their picture it doesn't look the best

I want to try proper Brisket i doubt any Texan BBQ expert (From Actual Texas) works for Sainsbury's
Brisket is supposed to be charred on the outside but inside its pink and soft
