Got these Christmas 2021 when samsung had cashback promo.

Best in the market if you don't like the rubber tips that most earphones have now days. If you do like them, these may not be for you.
You can still hear what's going on around you and hear music / calls.

Got microphone on both earphones so can use both or just left or right and still make calls (some only have mic on one side)

They don't fall out easily when moving / working out. But you need to position them in the ear properly to hear, if not in right you won't hear anything.

They have excellent battery life, wirless or usb-c charging. The case has built in battery too.

Samsung app can track location/last used place of the earphones if you loose them

Can customise the earphones to do diffrent things when you tap or double tap them, like volume, answer call, start voice assistant etc.

Overall good experiance for me as I can't use the rubber tip style. This has good sound reproduction and is more than adequate for normal day to day use.

Hmm, I can't locate mine in Samsung app, are you using a Samsung phone? Have a feeling that may be why (I'm on Huawei mate20pro)

Are these the old 2020 or new 2022 versions?

There is only one model of Buds Live. The so-called 'new model' is the same model, but they've added new colours, nothing else.

Got these for 45 on Amazon few weeks back with the addition 5 off voucher - at 40 quid was a steal. Decent sound and comfortable.

Great price been wearing mine for 2 years entirely outdoors (postman) been through wind, rain and snow and still work perfectly... although when it's very wet I just turn off the touch functions so they don't skip or pause whilst wearing a hood/hat

Hey fellow postie, also concur, I use these daily, walking, in and out van for parcels and collections, great for hands free calls and superb battery life.
I like them because it's a sit in ear bean shape and not in the ear canal like most buds, so this is good with one ear in you can still hear people speaking etc.
Same mine have also been through all seasons, but rain can cause havoc a bit, like you said, block touch controls, all good.

Is microphone any good in these? From my experience that's the weakest point of many buds

Excellent for calls, even with just one in ear.
    My daily buds.

Perfect, Used the £5 Off Code & 5 x Nectar Points back too so this'll replace the Blue pair I had that got nicked at my last Job! Love these as they fit nicely in my ears and comfortable to wear for the Gym!

Hi just wondering where is the £5 off code please. Thank you

Do they fit well with your ears tho?
    MaybeATree_'s avatar
They are the most comfortable pair of earbuds ive used, they have a really nice fit

Have these and the airpod pros. Noise canceling on airpods is exponentially better but these aren't bad by any means. Comfort wise I think these are the comfiest bud/pod types I've tried.

Unfortunately they only lasted a little over a year, and about 6 months in I started getting issues where one bud died a lot faster than the other. I'd say £45 is a good price for them and I probably wouldn't pay a whole lot more.

I still use them, often just one when at work or on bike, but they really make my ear ache after about an hour.
  15. Raja007's avatar
I am using them daily and thess are the best ones for voice calling and music sound has deep bass if you are fond of it and only negative is battery which is average but you cannot expect more from tiny beans (edited)

So far my best earpods, absolutely love them.
Very comfy and the noise cancelling is great especially outside

Need something for bed/ sleeping… are these small enough to be comfortable with your ear on a pillow ?
    Jabba9955's avatar
In my experience nothing is comfortable in ear when sleeping on your side.. (edited)

Are these the 2020 or 2022 version?

Just picked mine up. I think they take a little getting used to. they sound pretty good and seem comfortable, I really like not having plugs. What I do find is its pretty easy to put them in slightly wrong and have awful sound until corrected. noise cancelling is almost non existent especially compared to my buds 2 and then even more so my sony xm2s but maybe they are okay with engine noises/plane sounds? As mentioned before I have to fiddle to get the fit right but I'm also accidently activating the touch controls while doing so which is annoying. I am impressed with the sound and volume though. For the price they are great and maybe I'll get used to the fit

Paid £43 from Amazon.de when they were reduced in March last year. Good earbuds. Stay fairly secure in the ear. You can buy cheap silicon socks to help them fit from eBay (I haven’t gotten around to doing so yet). Sound quality not too bad. I’m not like other serial buds aficionados on here so can’t really comment on whether they’re better or worse than anything else, but I’ve been happy with them for the price I paid.

Really like mine. They do seem to be quite a marmite product though, with some really hating them and they don't stay in their ears, and others, like myself, who love them and think they are comfortable!

My only issue with them is when outside walking with them in and its windy. Because they aren't stuck inside the ear canal like others, the wind swirls around the ear and you can barely hear anything.
  22. samzeee's avatar
Honestly these are great, the only downside I can think of is that when you play audio on max other people near you can also hear what youre listening to especially if in a quiet place with no other noise

I got a pair of these free with my S22. Very laggy. Can't hold a conversation over these as you're constantly talking over each other.

Fine for music though, it that's your thing.

Been comparing with my buds 2 and I think for most the buds 2 are better. I'll use these for listening to stuff in bed and for gaming chat for switch / cross platform when I want TV audio for the game but for out and about the buds 2 are better
