Through perksatwork one of the deals I have is 6x Wow points earned spending at Samsung EPP So if any of you have the same, on a £359 spend that's 2154 points which is equivalent of £21.54

Sorry to ask what might be obvious to most, how do you get a membership to qualify for this deal?
  3. jamie1156's avatar
Can you apply this to the S24U?
    quake.ee's avatar
Yes you can but the price today isn't that attractive as it was yesterday (under £700 with voucher and trade-in).

Ordered three times and gets cancelled each time, states security policy, even when paying in full

I've had this. I once had a problem with a trade in and was in dispute with Samsung. Ended up not sending the trade in back to them. My email and phone number is now on a blocked list and every order gets cancelled automatically with those contact details. Different phone number and email address works.

Can anyone please confirm which chipset is it Snapdragon or exynos?
    martinjw's avatar
For UK etc The S24 and S24+ have the new Exynos 2400 chip which actually seems fairly good. Only the S24 Ultra has Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. There are reviews of all models on various YouTube channels. Try gsmarena and phonearena have also done battery tests between all the S23 models and the S24 models. Btw if you go with an unofficial import you need to consider any warranty implications. Ordered thanks, any idea on when they require the trade-in to be posted? Thanks
    quake.ee's avatar
You will receive a prepaid label and a bag for the trade-in device in the same box with the new phone. You will have 1 week to send it.
  7. Manos_de_diamante's avatar
Any idea how long this promo is going for? is there a way to not enter the correct IMEI? What happens if the trade-in IMEI number doesn't match? (edited)
    quake.ee's avatar
That's what a lot people do. If you know which phone you gonna send them then just google random imei for this model and enter it. Once you receive the actual trade-in phone you can email at samsung@tradeinresponse.co.uk and update with the correct IMEI number.

Does Topcashback work with the Samsung EPP portal?
    quake.ee's avatar
You can try opening multiply tabs in Google Chrome to do that. Not always work.

Thanks for heads up I logged into perks at work, then chose the samsung store and picked a S24/128. I found an old phone so added the £100 trade in , Note the SAVE300 needs to be in capitals, The phone wont be delivered until 24th June but not an issue. thanks for the post !! This will be a nice replacement for an S9 where the battery is starting not to hold the charge as well as it used to. I had a lot of issues using chrome kept timing out, but when did it in incognito mode worked straight the way !! 1 x Galaxy S24SM-S921BZVDEUBSave £400.00 (Was £799.00 now £359.05)Start Shipping from 24/06/2024£359.05- £400.00Additional discounts applied

13 pro or the S24 plus? Decisions
    BadGoy's avatar
    13? Obviously the S24.

I've been trying to gain access via the Blue Light sight for 2 days, The Blu Light sight says "Click Link..Code will automatically be copied to clipboard" Clicking on link takes me to a Samsung page telling me I need to log in via a EPP, it lists the EPP below, and Clicking on Blue Light I end up going in circles.
Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong ?
    quake.ee's avatar
Try to clear cache, cookies and history in your browser and start again. If it still doesn't work try the above method and access browser in incognito mode.

So I posted this on another thread, but I did order yesterday a S24 256gb black for 416, it was delivery on 20 June and order got cancelled. Not sure why. (edited)
    njdavis103's avatar
I got an order cancelled as apparently you can only do 2 trades max every 30 days.

I went from a s20+ on my work phone to a S23 and the size is amazing! Highly recommend getting the s24 if people don't really watch many videos. The portability and one hand usage is well worth it. I even find my actual phone which is a s23 ultra cumbersome now
  14. ukscoob1's avatar
Lebara doesn't seem to have a link to Samsung anymore?

Where/How else can I get one of these deals to work - I want another S24 and I don't want to now pay more than I did the first time ha

I have edenred at work but doesn't seem to have Samsung link?? Is there one like Lebara that you can just sign ip free and click through from?
    TangiblePear's avatar
I had edenred and that 100% had Samsung EPP. I am now on Perks at work on new job and that also has it.
  15. Casper_1's avatar
Anyone got a spare birthday code to use with this? Looking to get the S24. Thank you

On samsung main site , there is no £300 off

    Yes

Anyone know what Samsung are like in terms of knocking you down on the trade in? Is it a fixed £100? I have an old Sony Ericsson w995 that powers on no issue. Thanks
    shiverMeTimburz's avatar
If it's the £100 *other* phone, as long as you say it powers on then that's fine, just choose no when it asks if it's in good condition as that covers you if they get picky

This or the pixel 8. Getting for the other half
    XiaofengXiaofeng_Xiaofeng's avatar
Pixel 8 is terrible compared to this. I wouldn't pay more than £350 for a Pixel 8 whereas S24 is clearly vastly above that outside of the wide angle lack of autofocus. But the Pixel doesnt even have a telephoto at all 🤦also terrible battery and heat. (edited)
  19. Zee_ADZa's avatar
What is going on the price was reduced now back up? The s24 128GB for example was £499 now back to £799 but other websites still have the offer for 499 but I also have blue light which Samsung offers 15% off I think.
    birshr's avatar
It's the way they lure the customers into business. There is not really huge savings at the moment.
  20. Alex_verden2aJ's avatar
    Code not working... SAVE300...
    Zee_ADZa's avatar
It is no dot or anything
  21. jozski's avatar
Hi, is the phone open to Lebara network? Thanks
    TangiblePear's avatar
Even before it became illegal to lock phones, phones bought direct have NEVER been locked. So not sure why you even asking this question.

Right now no phone sold at all is locked to anything.
  22. dealsleuth's avatar
Hi I have a Nokia 6300 will this be okay to trade in, has anyone got experience of trading in non smart phones ?
    dabear11's avatar
I have traded several dumb phones, never had an issue. All of them were working though, ie turning on and holding charge. You need to Select Other, then any broken phone
  23. Angel21's avatar
Can birthday codes be used on epp sites ?
I didn't think they could (edited)
    shiverMeTimburz's avatar
No code can be used at all apart from.any that samsung provide on the site

I hate these "share by app" links...(Not moaning at you SuperNoz but the app)

Can someone explain why Samsung keep putting these offers on these EPP websites or via Lebara like it's some sort of exclusive offer?

Tesco with Clubcard Prices, Sainsbury's with Nectar price.....it makes me sick. Makes me want to avoid them all.
    jamesrugman's avatar
    Ermmm you ok?

£279 & it was an error & probably never to be repeated unless they make a mistake again

Thanks OP. Got the S24 £359.05 after trading in an old Samsung phone. To be delivered on 21st June
  32. montblanc's avatar
Same price can be achieved from their standard store using the 10% discount codes.

How do you do that? It's £859 on the site and I don't see any 10% codes, which would take £85.90 off.
    mario999's avatar
There are Samsung referral codes floating about on X (twitter) that takes off 10%

  35. HAZZMISTER's avatar
Crikey, they’re really trying hard to get rid of these S24s this year. Must not be selling well
    Weehamish's avatar
Well I went from s22u to s24u I still have both phones paid 550 for s24u and side by side they look almost identical in fact I'd say the s22u looks and feels better still the s10+ blows all these phones away...

Anyway the cam on the s24u just puts the s22u to shame... side by side it's like hd to none hd... I wasn't expecting the cam to be so good.

The battery on the s24u is also like 2x efficient mostly due to the cpu upgrade and optimisations as the battery size is the same.

By the time I sell my s22u I'd have paid maybe 250 for the s24u which is crazy savings.

Overall it's a big upgrade but looks wise it's near the same phone they haven't changed jack in 5 years lol.

    Is a samsung s24+ 512GB for 522 worth it
    ALBO4EVER's avatar
I'd say yes. That's what I purchased. Excellent phone. Very fast as it has 12gb or ram
  39. Thomas_LamMNb's avatar
FYI, this isn't limited to EPP, the SAVE300 works on the Student store too, e.g. bringing the S24 256GB down to the same £416.05
