These phones are just not really suited for the majority of people’s phone usage nowadays. So I can’t imagine what lifespan a used one will have. My partner had the Flip4 and within a year the screen protector needed replacing. The older ones are meant to be even worse with the screen itself breaking.

You get a free screen protector replaced by Samsung once.

I have one and absolutely love it, had it 2 years and works brilliantly, replace the screen protector myself every 6 month or so, batteries held up really well but has started to reduce now in about the past month or so. Still a great phone with a great camera, would save ip the extra for a flip 5 though.

Unlike Samsung’s flagship series (Galaxy Z Fold, Galaxy S), Z Flip’s lack of dual SIM is the biggest deterrent to me to a flip phone

Do you mean the trade in value of this when used against buying another phone? If so definitely don’t buy this for some extra trade in value, you get £100 for any broken phone trading in.

Almost 3 year old and still going, I wonder how many conventional screens failed inside 3 years.
Heat🔥 for what must now be considered as " PROVEN" tech.
