    Im confused
so do i order the phone as normal and then use the sell my phone option after i purchased and apply for the £125 extra after the order?
    Zain_Chaudry's avatar
Use sell the phone option when your order is in basket after the purchase you will get an email about further details about enhanced trade-in

Thick question here, but where on earth do the buds show on the deal? Ta
    thirteen3's avatar
I received the phone+buds+sim in one package.

    That's a terrific deal

I'm paying 29.99 on my S23 Ultra, upfront was 129, no extras or trade in.

Happy with the phone, after the initial issues with battery - seems to have improved after the learning period. 2 days easy with moderate use. Incredible phone really does everything brilliantly, no flaws. I guess the 24 is even better

iD is a bit hit and miss but generally ok at home and work (Solihull) and travelling around the midlands with kids football. No worse or better than O2 probably Voda a bit stronger (edited)

    Damn that's a good deal.

Got the same contract a couple of weeks ago without the buds or trade in and thought that was good.

I went to the store yesterday and held the S24U for the first time, I got the S21U and I prefer the S21U shape with the rounder corners!
The S24U has sharp corners meaning holding it for a while will be uncomfortable, at least its what I found, reminded me of the Lumia 1520 I had which has pretty much the same shape.
So before you order it, if you haven't, I suggest you go to a shop and hold the phone, see if you like it! The tech in it is top notch without a doubt, the shape may not be for everyone. I got big hands, so usually hold it with one hand (although can't do corner to corner) as I can get most things done like that, but I found it uncomfortable in a short space of time, would not want a 24 month contract, I was prepared to buy it outright. The S24 Plus on the other hand, inferior specs to the Ultra, but great shape.

I agree 100% I have the s21 ultra too and just tried using the s24 ultra and definitely prefer the shape of the s21u. That being said, I don't think samsung will be changing the design any time soon so might just go for the s25u next year and get used to the new shape

What's ID like? I'm with o2 & the signal is absolutely abysmal
    LL13's avatar
Same, O2 has gone shocking and tempted by this offer - any major negatives anyone about ID (or indeed this phone)?
  9. karam94's avatar
Confused how the extra trade in works... They tell me the phone I want to trade in has no value (P20 Pro)
  10. timothy.poon's avatar
Bought, cheers OP. Haven't received trade in deal yet.
    karam94's avatar
Let us know if it comes through. I'm interested in this but subject to the trade in deal which cannot be found on their site anywhere.

Use code - CASH10 - to reduce upfront by £10.
    SRB100980's avatar
Doesn't change upfront cost, just reduced monthly cost
  12. Reading1800's avatar
So £30 ×24 = £720. (Exc cpi increase next april)
    + £219 upfront = £939
    - Trade in of £355 = £584
    - extra trade in £100 = £484
    - current sim contract £144 = £340
    - Galaxy Buds Pro 2 £159 (assuming you'd pay that)
    = £181 Net

    Doesn't seem a bad price moving from a S23U to S24U . (edited)

As long as Three works for you then this is a great way to get your hands on the latest Galaxy S24 Ultra, with reasonable upfront cost, enough data for most people, 100 quid extra on your trade in and the Buds 2 Pro ♨️
    jagriffiths's avatar
How do you get the extra trade un there are no details on the website
  23. Pjcity's avatar
The problem is that a lot for handsets (Poco, Redmi etc) are zero value....
  24. Gazillionaire's avatar
Just ordered can't see anything about enhanced trade in though and haven't had an email so far about it.
  25. galdean's avatar
Does the phone trade in need to be top a tier model or is it any phone?
  26. Sps1991's avatar
Does anyone know if the devices are locked to id or could you put another networks SIM in on arrival?
    liamf12's avatar
Mobile network locks were banned back in 2021

The device I want to trade in has 0 value, even it has no screen cracks and it does turn on..... my question is... if it has 0 value will I qualify for the extra trade in for 100gbp?
    DrunkOnRedWine's avatar
No from my understanding the phone has to have a value to qualify for the enhanced trade in
  28. Gazillionaire's avatar
I was meant to have my phone delivered this morning but rotten DPD driver didn't turn up, said they tried to deliver which I know they didn't as have a dog and cameras and was in! Then looked at DPD details and the driver had taken a photo of some house and cars god knows where!! So hopefully getting it delivered Tuesday now, I still haven't heard anything about the trade in, someone said below we should get an email at some point is this true??

The mobile comes with unlimited minutes and texts, so no you won't be charged an additional 40p per minute.

If the mobile only came with 100 minutes and you used 101 minutes you would pay 40p on the additional minute over your allowance. Hope that helps (edited)
