I've got an older model of this and it's not good at all, doesn't hardly heat.
Bought the newer one that was in store a few weeks back, it was thin and again hardly got hot. Could feel the wires, returned it.

The hotter ones tend to be 120-150w

Don't see the need for these now. I had something similar 40 years ago because you could leave it on all night. Now underblankets are safe and much better.
