These are great pans and will work very well and last quite a while as long as you follow a few simple steps:

    • Always use a little oil when frying anything, just a teaspoon is enough to guarantee nothing sticks.

    • Never go above medium-high heat as it 'wears out' the nonstick properties very quickly. These pans heat up so quickly that you don't need to use high heat anyway.

    • Clean them out while still hot using either some paper towel or hot soapy water, depending on what you cooked in them, and then let them cool slowly.

    • Never, ever put them in the dishwasher, even though it says that they are dishwasher safe, just clean them as stated above.

These are the steps that I follow and my pans last me a good few years before stuff starts sticking more than I like and I buy a fresh pan, but feel free to follow or ignore my advice as you will.

I just wish someone had given me the above advice before I bought my first pan as I absolutely killed it in a matter of weeks by basically doing the opposite of everything I just said above, oh well, you live and learn. (edited)

Are these a smooth or a textured surface? I’ve got a frying pan from this brand which is textured, and in general I really like it but there are some things it sucks at (like eggs). (edited)

I bought one of these Scoville pans last year, a frying pan, and frustratingly, they are NOT non-stick. Try and cook an egg on them and you'll be sorely disappointed. I use it once in a blue moon as a result (I should really chuck it out).

Since I bought it, I've since purchased a Ninja frying pan and it's a complete game changer - I'd marry it if I could, ucking love it.

Scoville should be embarrassed to show its face in the presence of Nija pans if you ask me.
