I wonder how much it takes to run one of these or how long to make ice if you only used it occasionally compared to 2Kg of ice for £1.15 in supermarkets.

I keep on looking and thinking do I really want one YES, but do I really need one NO. when I weigh up the pros and cons, cheaper to buy ice from Lidl, especially when I have a large cooler trolley to fill. But if you entertain alot might be a good buy.

There was one of these in a holiday home we rented. I found the cubes were quite small and melted quickly. The bagged ones in the shop are way better
