    Don't buy this if you want to use Alexa. There's a bug in the current software which makes it virtually unusable.

    I was suffering the same issue, on the verge of returning it. Was about to warn people in this thread but decided to check again. Seems they fixed it in the last few days. Unclear whether Sonos or Amazon changed something.

    I didn't have to do anything to apply the fix but some people had to mess about with Alexa App: en.community.sonos.com/ama…tml
