I was looking to get one and found Costco thread which is live, but more expensive.

Price is for VIP members, which is free. 6 years warranty as well. I've just bought one.

XR65X95JU = X95J (XR65”X95J”U) which is a 2021 model.

Sony X95L 2023 Mini-LED which is a much better TV and could sometimes be had for under £1300 from Costco.

Sony X95K 2022 Mini-LED currently for £1299 or £1169 with BLC or SB from Sony. Though still recommend the X95L.

This X95J is a standard LED from 2021. Whilst it is still a very good TV, it should not be more than £900 at this moment. RS pricing it high due to its scarcity I suspect.

Seen this up for a while, anyone own this and know how good it is? It's the 2021 model (Full Array, not Mini-LED). The X95K was the 2022 version. The X95L is the 2023 version which had the best Mini-LED system up until recently. But this "J" one was the model right before they went to Mini-LED. Would be curious to know how this holds up in terms of blooming control, brightness, and gaming features etc.

Wonder how well it compares to the QN85C (VA panel) that I have at the moment. (edited)

Still an excellent TV and will outperform even some top tier LED TVs from other brands in terms of it's superb video processing and motion handling but very overpriced considering it's a 2021 model.

Fixing my mistake, I've requested cancellation of an J 2021 and went through Costco deal to get L 2023 one as well. Lesson learned. (edited)
