sorted byI have sent a pair back for this issue and Amazon replaced no questions asked (Sony refused to replace as they said I have damaged them, but it wasn't the case, it was just due to wear), but after 3 months, same issue occurred on the new pair... You have been warned.
I have the Inzone H9's, pretty much same headset but with an active noise cancelling feature. They're great but have quality issues, after just a few months the headband is coming apart, and I'm far from alone sadly. Got a replacement, sure, but feels like another failure is inevitable.
