Don't forget to use online chat with them to cancel the automatic renewal. They don't have a button to cancel it. But they do have a button turn automatically renew back on.

Yes change your location to Jersey, to avoid paying VAT. Then remove and unstick any offer boxes. I done this befor Christmas and still got the extra months. Cashback tracked straight away, but has yet to land in my account after 6 weeks. Hope this Helps.... Paul

Bought and it did not track straight away. In my experience, if cashback doesn't track straight away (applies to all stores, not just Surfshark) then it won't track automatically. There is a 30 day refund guarantee though, so no money lost

Do people have trouble with speeds and reliability on this VPN? Reconnections are a pain after locking the phone or putting the computer to sleep. Are there settings guides available? When I go to Guides it just tell you to install the app or browser extension; I'm looking for program guides on the site atm. (edited)

Great VPN, been using it for the last 4 months.

Waiting for the next big Cashback offer.

Purchased Nord in the most recent cashback offer to realise it didn't have Egypt or Nigeria VPN's which are very handy for cheap Xbox purchased key activations. Surfshark appears to have those locations and a wider selection of VPN countries generally.

Refund authorised by Nord VPN and waiting for another Surfshark offer which look to come around every three months or so.

So got new users it said 100% cashback in tcb so I signed up but kine has tracked at £58. 09 is this correct? Will it increase to full amount after ? Otherwise I'll cancel it within the month
