Been with them for over a year. 100gb for 11.95 plus roaming. They have now removed roaming from the new deals. Customer service is solid and no price increases. They use voda network

This is great timing for me a couple of Vodafone contract’s has come to an end & what I was offered to stay was stupidly way overpriced. No wonder Vodafone are struggling as I could have got a good price with them but only as a new customer.
Was with Talk Mobile before good connection & good customer service as others have said.
    So thanks op

30GB of data and £12 TCB for the same price via uSwitch (no introductory discount though). I just moved over and get great signal and the number porting went smoothly. Would recommend.

I got 30gb with Voxi and it's unlimited counter never moves.Worth a try as it's only a 30 day contract.

What’s coverage like? Better than virgin because at the moment that’s horrible? (edited)

Glad it's not just me! Been getting all too frequent total signal dropouts lasting several hours at a time, even in Central London

Slightly better deal here from Talk Home Mobile who use EE if EE is better for you and you don’t mind switching after the introductory 3 months.

    £3/month for 20gb a month (40gb for the first month) 5g.

For the first time ever, I am going sim only. I’ve been a customer since Orange days and now of course EE.

When you sign up for this deal, you can enter your PAC code and a date you wish to change network, all nice and easy.

    Thank you.

Me too, I've been with Orange then EE since 1997 and finally taken the plunge to leave, fingers crossed that it will all be good.

So I signed up to this on Wednesday, received the sim card today and registered for a talkmobile account to see that my plan is being charged at full price from the start.

Onto webchat I go to get it fixed to be told that they aren't doing the half price on the 20gb plan even after sending them a screenshot of the said deal on there own website! The chart agent wouldn't fix the deal for me.

I lost my patience with them and decided to call customer service, and they have finally fixed it for me. If anyone else has the same, don't bother with the web chat to get it fixed.

edit... talkmobile just called me back and cant honor this deal even though i've provided a screenshot of the price showing in the checkout. Contract now cancelled. (edited)

Roaming as part of your plan in zone 0 is Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Isle of Man and Ukraine. So greatly reduced but great if you go to these places.

When I was looking recently for a decent sim only I’d ordered a Talk Mobile sim (went for the £7.95 for 30gb though) as they offered VOTLE calling, WiFi calling and an app, their customer service was great via Twitter and on the phone. EE came back with a deal for my 4 sims although not quite as good was acceptable. Wouldn’t hesitate to go to Talk Mobile in the future.

Is the Lebara deal not better value for money @ £1.99 a month for the first 3 months with 20GB?

It is awful that companies are withdrawing free roaming now we have left the EU. Many people are going to get big bills this summer when they get back from holiday!

I have been charged full price for my first month and CS are not interested so I’m leaving and will challenge the money via my bank as I’ve kept the contract email. Shocking.
