About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Under £29 delivered - cheapest I have seen this for! This is a straight rye - it is stated at the back of the bottle (no additives including caramel colouring can be added). This is a 6 year old MGP High Rye 95/5 Mashbill Rye made in the Pennsylvania Style. Sazerac uses a lower Rye Mashbill. This is the older style bottle which is on clearance from Master of Malt. Normally over £40 elsewhere for the older bottling. Cheapest I can see the newer bottling for is £37.22 from Amazon for the new bottling.

The Sazerac and the Manhattan are the famous uses of Rye whiskey in cocktails.
Some information about the three different classes of Rye Whiskies:
vinepair.com/art…ed/
1.) Pennsylvania Style / Monongahela Style
Typically around 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley. MGP is the biggest producer of this style and used in Templeton Rye and Bulleit Rye. No Corn is used so the least sweetest form of Rye whiskey.
2.)Maryland Style
Upto 70% Rye,with the rest being Corn and Malted Barley.
3.)Kentucky Style
Between 51% to 55% Rye and the rest being Corn and Malted Barley. The sweetest form of Rye whiskey.
Sazerac and Jack Daniels Rye are examples of the latter two styles.Sazerac is closer to the latter and Jack Daniels Rye closer to the latter.
And don't be shy, add S&S
Thanks OP! Was needing to replace my last Rittenhouse and this stuff is much better. (edited)
