Whats going on has Walkers over produced, or are they getting rid of the boxes with 25g in so they can now sell them with 23g in as I have seen in other types. A DEAL at last.

How long do you think it will take for shrinkflation to have reduced a packet of crisps by so much that it becomes a packet of crisp

I remember when I was a kid there was over a kilogram of potatoes in each bag of Walkers crisps. Of course we didn't call them kilograms back then, we said there was 5 cloveweights of crisps per bag.

Back then you had to grow the potatoes yourself mind and send them off to be fried and flavoured. Folks weren't as fat back then so the bag would last us all winter and then we'd use the bags as shoes on the seven mile walk to school.

Much better in those days then this woke 25g nonsense. No doubt Gary Lineker is stealing the other 4.9 cloveweight of crisps for himself and Greta Thunberg. (edited)

I spotted these yesterday. A good price but personally I hate prawn cocktail so I went for the Asda 'essentials' ready salted!
