Salt & Vinegar are my favourite. I like Lidl’s version too ‘Stackers’. £1.25 good for Pringles these days, I don’t buy unless at this price or less of course. (y)

Great price / find! They are 49p in home bargains if that’s any use for anyone not near a farmfoods.

dribblesmactavish

These were £1 in Morrisons a while back, they're now £2 each! (shock) 39p is a bargain! (y) I think they're quite nice too, even my other half likes them and she doesn't like "unusual" flavoured crisps.

mpjw1974

I loved the taste of these, I get that not everyone will like the taste but its a thumbs up from me, heat added.

Master_Yoda

Wow - never knew you could actually set fire to them - holy jesus (lol)

It seems to be a marmite thing. lol. For this price, if you can pick them up, grab a tube and give them a try with family. My girlfriend adores the teriyaki bbq ones, I don't like them at all. I do however, really like the Katsu flavour, and is remarkable how well they've got that flavour on point... girlfriend doesn't like them. The rest of the flavours we've not liked either, or were meh and passed on. They all do seem to taste very sweet however, and they some how manage to taste more like MSG than Pringles normally do. Remember, if you don't want Pringles, you can always use them as great fire starters. .

Thanks op, picked some up and I’m chuffed as they taste just like the Jalapeño flavour they used to sell.

No idea. These aren't particularly hot. But they taste nice. Much better than the orange paprika packs I think.

Have they just renamed and packaged the hot n spicy flavour? Or is this a new flavour?

I think it's recently changed and you'd have to actually visit both stores to notice the difference, online photos are probably outdated or photos of stores that haven't updated it yet - but yes, almost anything you can get in Home Bargains you can get in Quality Save... and vice versa!

jamie15

I can't tell the difference, to me it looks same colour. TJ own Home Bargains but just seem to supply Quality Save. Odd agreement which means TJ provide pretty much everything to Quality Save, confusing.

andrewworrall1

Just different colours for the stars. I think the stores both try to copy each other given how cheap they are

jamie15

What's the difference between the labels? I honestly can't tell. hotukdeals.com/deals/dina-baklawa-selection-200g-149-at-home-bargains-in-store-bidston-moss-wirral-3469832 Quality Save definitely looks more outdated when I look at pictures, but haven't seen one in person.

andrewworrall1

The only difference between shelf labels is the "STAR BUYS" symbol is different in each store (not every individual store - it's one style for Home Bargains, a different style for Quality Save). I feel as if I'm in an older store when in Quality Save, Home Bargains just feels more modern for some reason

Problem with that scheme is finding somewhere to drop them off at, not always possible if we are on lockdown. I buy the Lidl version, cardboard so it goes with the recycling.

Picked this up yesterday, wasn't impressed at all...just no real depth of flavour!

BargainHuntBarbie

I see they’ve got a new flavour with the Japanese Katsu Curry. For those who’ve tried this, what’s the verdict on it? I’ve tried all the other flavours and the only one I rate so far is the Malaysian red curry.

A couple of decent flavours but the texture of these rice ones is awful.

Kittycat876

I remember bavk in the day when you can get them for under £1 :(

deepa8

Good luck with delivery slots

ziggycj

"always available somewhere" means £1.25 is not the normal price. It just means you should never need to pay full price as long as you can shop around. The "normal price" is the price in one supermarket, not all the supermarkets combined.

juicedtothegills

You are still incorrect on the matter. The very fact that you acknowledge that the supermarkets take turns at hosting this price proves that £1.25 is not the "normal" price that you claimed it to be earlier... You have contradicted yourself on that one matey. I do hope you can take this one on the chin and move on. :{
