Low stock, but a great price on this 37cm WSM Bullet smoker.

The Weber Smokey Mountain is produced from the same porcelain-enamelled steel that is the bedrock of the Weber charcoal range- meaning that you can count on the smoker to last for years to come and still be producing excellent results.

The Weber Smokey Mountain 37cm features cooking levels, allowing you to fit a small joint of meat on each level. The water pan that sits above the coals acts to regulate the temperature inside the smoker as well as creating a more moist atmosphere within the chamber, leading to moist and tender food.

Fuel is easily added to the smoker during the cooking process via the handy aluminium fuel door on the front. The food stays within the chamber and the fuel and wood are easily dropped in.

The smoker itself contains a mounted thermometer to allow you to keep track of the internal temperature of the cooking area, while there is a silicone sealed hole for the cable of a remote thermometer so you can keep an eye on the internal temperature of the food whilst cooking.

Comes with a free Weber cover to keep the smoker in perfect condition for years to come!

The Weber Smokey Mountain holds its temperature fantasically well, taking all of the guesswork out of low and slow barbecue!

The 37cm Weber Smokey Mountain is the perfect entry level smoker to allow you to get used to the concept and techniques of smoking on smaller pieces of food.

I have a mini Kamado, could I get similar results using that? I'm still a BBQ noob, like very, but a part of me wants to buy this and another says I should get some more practice doing the basics before buying this.

Stick to your kamado. The kamado is so much versatile than this, as you can do much more than just smoking. There's plenty of videos on how to smoke meats on a kamado on YouTube. There's a YouTuber called Smoking Dad BBQ that is worth watching if you're interested in starting smoking!

Bruntmor Cast Iron Portable Swing amazon.com/gp/…_1? used it a couple of times and very happy with it, does exactly what I hoped for and is pretty sturdy, after import charges and shipping (took 5 days) felt it was expensive though.

This has popped up on Amazon UK since and is half the price, dimensions and accessories are exactly the same and tbh, would have bought this if it had been available at the time even with lack of reviews amazon.co.uk/Dar…_2?

I added 300 to my basket and it worked so don’t worry. (edited)

Got the 47cm version of this from John Lewis for this price not that long ago.

You’ll regret getting the 37cm version tbh.
even 47cm doesn’t feel that big.

Don't get the 37, it's well constructed but too small to do a decent low cook. I had one for years and it's a pain to keep a constant temp with it. Much better off with the 47 or 57cm smokers.

Great price but would be tempted to get one of the bigger ones. I’ve got the 57 which I paid about £300 for about 5 years ago, easily big enough to roast 4 chickens in one go; and you get a bit obsessed after getting a new toy…

This one is the smaller model. I would avoid and get the 47cm at least.

I've got the 47cm , which is the mid-sized one and is just right for us - mostly cook for 2-4 people, pork ribs, beef ribs and chicken. Shortly I'll be trying a brisket. I've had it over 2 years and is in pristine condition, but I store it away when not in use, only occasionally leaving it out overnight in the cover, before cleaning the next day.

Depends really want you want to cook, how many for and how big the meat as to whether the smaller size is suitable for you. Expect to get hooked and want to upsize at some point if you go for the entry level one.

    Hi all,

I have one of these and have had one for many years. It does the job well and for the price point is ideal for a first smoker (bigger version I must add)

However, they are very susceptible to the elements - wind etc, and the practicalities of where the coal is stored is a bit frustrating and limits its use as a normal BBQ>

    Would I buy again? Yes
Would I save a little more and get an Aldi Kamado BBQ? Yes due to the much better material (better element protection) and practicality of being able to use it as a normal BBQ also. (edited)
