What I read about the camera fogging issue is to remove the sim card draw for a few hours to allow any moisture (from the manufacturing environment) to escape while using the phone for a little while.

Mine arrived a few days ago, I pulled the draw out proactively while doing it's first full charge. I did not ever see any fogging at all to be honest but ymmv.

The cameras are big and exposed at the back, I'd recommend a camera lens glass protector and a case which covers them properly, the case which comes with it exposes the 4 'windows' there as a single big square, ie no protection at all from grit. The phone gets a thumbs up from me otherwise.

anyone ordering, check camera fogging asap and be prepared to get straight onto Xiaomi. I would also pay via credit card for better protection as they have refused to fix some peoples and they needed to do a chargeback. It is a great phone though, just shame about that issue. (edited)

was that not for the Xiaomi 13T Pro? Or did it happen with this one as well?

They don't seem to be shouting about it, but the 14 Ultra is now available with the new 6s Pro tablet as the gift (along with the photography kit).

    I added a £80 voucher for 600 mi points. I think I could have had a £120 voucher but I didn't have 1000 mi points spare!

I also went for the trade in option. I should get £148 for my pixel 6 pro and then £100 on top.

I am paranoid that I entered my IBAN number incorrectly so I won't get paid correctly for my trade in. Also nowhere I have confirmation of the total amount I accepted for trade in. I should have screenshot on the order page. (edited)

52629493-vGKq6.jpgWell my trade in now says processed. Previously it said delivered and something else before that.

No payment as of yet. (edited)

Is it £849 for the 512GB? I can only see the £899 with the higher storage. With the £120 coupon it's pretty good Vs best 10% off previously available

When I checked out last night I think the £50 was auto discounted. I then added the £80 voucher for 600 mi points. I got it down to £769.

Hi Kris, not bought anything via European Amazon sites before, does it involve paying import duties. Also do you need to sign in or make a new account for the country you are dealing with and do currency changes present any problems. Any advice much appreciated. Mike.
