sorted byI've had a Xiaomi and a POCO die and develop a fault within warranty, but rather than send them back to China, they want you to send them to a third party UK company (Global Service and Logistics Management) for repair. Every phone that gets sent to them, they just say that the warranty is void.
With the POCO, they said that it was water damage, even though it had never even been wet and was supposed to be an IP68 water resistant phone. And with the Xiaomi (that had been sat in a dock the whole time, and never even taken out of the house) they said it had been squashed by a heavy weight.
I don't blame Xiaomi. I blame the UK company (Global Service and Logistics Management) for trying to milk extra cash out of each repair. And now, I won't buy another Xiaomi product. (edited)
I love my X3 but I only have 64gb and constantly out of space
So if anyone has a workaround for that I would appreciate it, Just downloading the MIUI 14 update at this very moment so maybe that may sort it cos it's been going on like that from day one.
Just gonna hit the reboot button, Lets see if this works.
1. Reset your network settings
2. Try without using Firewall/antivirus if you using them at all.
It should work after your android update and rebooting.
Let us know how you get on.
go through this thread, there might be a good mobile phone deal for u at that price range
