    Thanks for this.

Price aside, can anyone tell me why I should buy the item in the deal as opposed to this yorkfitness.com/pro…url?

    Thanks

The one in the OP's post, you can do leg extension and chest fly's, along with chest press.

The one you posted you can do Abs, preacher curls (biceps) and decline bench press.

Can anyone recommend a decent really small foldable workbench??

I could do with one for my morning workouts which I usually just do in my kitchen. Need something I can quickly unfold and get to work but also takes up as little room as possible. Doesn't need to be able to take massive weight.

Spend the money on a standard bench without all the add-on exercise bits..if you have dumbbells you'll save on space and can do almost everything this bench can do just using alternative moves, including the leg moves.

Every teenage boy at one point or another had one of these, thinking they'll be next Mr Olympia

This is very true. Guilty !!!
Although I barely used it but it was a hit with the girls having one in your bedroom

Shame the ones that turn up on here always have too low user or user + weights weight limit

Agreed, you can tell by it just having a single front leg Vs a bar across the bottom that it would be really unstable even with a minimum amount of plates.

If you plan on keeping a while it's definitely worth investing in something that as least has bars on both the front and back floor support. (edited)

Says max user weight 100kg and max training weight 100kg which isn’t too bad for a beginners cheap bench but the max barbell rack weight is 50kg which is very poor.
