I ordered this using the code HOME2 for £40 off £300 spend so purchased let's go Pikachu also, in total with standard delivery the cost came to £265, the switch and game came the next day via parcel force. Surprised me to be honest as I didn't order until 15:00 the day before. Thanks for the heads up MrSwitch
Tesco and Aldi had a big sales on these near Christmas last year circa £225. It may be worth a wait?

Mine just arrived and unpacked. Looks amazing for the price and now we have 4K.
Had 2 HiSense TV's and one is a 55" Curved 4k that is still used daily, they are fine, but thats about it.. to game on they can be painfully especially with the contrast, but the worst is the back lighting, they are uneven and patchy at best. I use a B8 currently for my gaming needs so comparing it to that is unfair, but I also have a 40" Sony Budget TV, and comparing that to the HiSense just shows how poor the HiSense's are really.
Owned a 4K 65"Hisense for over 4 years and the picture quality is superb, I also use it for HD games and again faultless. The only downside is the lack of Apps, if that's what you're looking for. Having seen my TV lots of my friends have switched to Hisense and love them. Go and see one before you buy, I'll be surprised if you're NOT impressed with the picture, after all is that not the main attraction. Have a sound bar fitted as any large TV sound is not the best, The TV also upscales video image very well.
I got a hair in the eye but I suppose that's a different matter! Never spotted the fancy quick release clips though so wrestled the TV from the box then the instructions within explained my then solved issue oops
Would this be an upgrade over the pocophone F1? Mine has started to breakdown badly...
According to GSMArena, the Find X2 Neo does have OIS so it ought to have produced decent quality images in low light! Perhaps the fault yours developed might have been affecting the camera as well? I'm keeping an eye on some of the newer phones as my Huawei P20 Pro is getting a little long in the tooth, though it still works well and has good battery life. The lack of future software support is more of an issue these days. After having a good camera on this phone with OIS, I don't plan to go backwards with my next phone purchase. You can really get some cracking good shots with decent phone cameras these days.
It definitely does. I had a Find X2 Neo a few weeks back. I had to send it back due to it developing a fault, but I think I would've sent it back any way due to the camera not being very refined. It could take decent photos but needed absolutely perfect conditions in terms of lighting. Wasn't that good in low light. Also, the photos would come out soft unless the subject was completely still.
Also, no OIS on the cameras in the Reno vs the Find. This will affect image quality considerably in more challenging lighting situations.
Higher refresh rate plus higher resolution, combined it makes for a notably better screen. Along with the faster chipset it's definitely going to be preferable for some. Horses for courses though, as always
I'm paying £765 for this phone but that's over 2 years and with 50gb a month.
Okay guys I can get this for £720 or the xperia 1 ii for £800 what would you chose and why? Many thanks love you bye
It's worth regularly keeping an eye on their site when the Xperia 1 iii and 5 iii come out. When the XZ2 launched, I managed to get the XZ1 for £329 when the best UK price was still £599 for the outgoing model. Sometimes a bargain to be had :D
Now that's a helpful answer. Thank you. I might keep an eye out but have xz1c resting and xz2c in use so not desperate. :)
eglobal central uk are currently doing the grey global version with 256gb storage for sub £600 if you're willing to import it from Hong Kong. Other colours just over £600. I've bought from them on three occasions with no issues, and would happily use again. They do, however, get mixed reviews, partly because they come on freight shipments and may take around a month to arrive. As long as you don't mind waiting and pay using a credit card, it's an option. Sadly the Christmas and January UK sales haven't matched the £599 available for Black Friday deals.

It's a shady practise that was more common in the earlier days of internet selling and some retailers, usually smaller, obviously still use and get away with. By advertising that items are non-returnable unless faulty it's basically trying to reduce unwanted returns by taking advantage of customers that don't know the law or don't want the hassle of confronting them, despite it being illegal for most goods. Personally I'd steer well clear of any retailer who does it.
Great price. Anyone know if this is pay on release?
Heck, even their own "Product exceptions" would suggest that this can be returned so long as it's unopened: https://www.homeessentials.co.uk/shop/policies/policiesView.action?finalTarget=policies_your_rights&decoration=true "Unless faulty, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned - bespoke, customised or personalised items; items sealed for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed; sealed audio, video or software recordings if unsealed and sealed smart devices including mobile phones, Apple® items, tablets, wearable technology and computer devices ("Smart Devices") if unsealed and used."
"This item is non-returnable unless faulty." Uhhhh what? What grounds are they justifying this on? I think the law would disagree. https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds "You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason."
I want to like this phone but I'm just not warming to it. Partly because of the hash Nokia made of their Android 11 update rollout, and partly because the design is a bit meh, but I guess mostly because the Redmi Note 9T is so damn good and often at a much lower price. Of course, in real life I'd probably pay the extra £30 or so for this simply because I'm still not ready to trust a 'Chinese' phone with my banking apps but Nokia aren't offering much to differentiate themselves and when one of your selling points is that the case rots...
