Mine has broken in less than 6 months barely used now to see if they will replace it
Im still waiting! I called today and a lovely lady explained there was a bit of an issue between warehouse and the carriers, some were lucky to get next day or 2 but like me some were delayed a bit but all will be fulfilled at the price payed
Just got mine today! Ordered next day delivery and has taken a week to arrive. I wasn’t told it was despatched either! But at least it’s here and it looks good
My order is still at this stage. Did the standard delivery but it's pretty poor that it's not even been despatched in a week.
Got mine next day

I have bought Tefal, Lidl own brand, and a Ken Wok, wok, all ceramic, all started losing the ceramic coating within a few months; the Wok started burning off the first time it was used. Lidl/Aldi non stick pro is one of the few non sticks that still work (more or less), as is the coating used on some of the Ikea woks. My theory is that the coatings cannot take the heat from the higher power Induction hobs, as I see plenty of people saying they dont have an issue when using lower power induction hobs.
I've got one on these. I've had it a few months and it's not non stick any more, although it was reasonably good to start with.
Every pan i've ever bought has been a colour changing one. Always seem to change to black. Coincidence?
The Russell Hobbs sold by B&M are very poor quality, as they are using the brand name on their own Chinese goods . I bought Russell Hobbs branded knives from B& M someone told here that they rust very fast. So I returned. Buy from TKMAXX and I think you will get better quality. TKmaxx has hundreds of Ceramic utensils .
The latest one is manufactured by Russell Hobbs, I forget exactly where I bought it (but it would have been a regular store like Wilko or B&M in town) - I bought it because it says it is for a gas hob on the base. Previously I've tried quite a few other makes and they all seem much the same - the non stick properties don't seem to last long (although otherwise the pans remain fine). I would really appreciate it if someone would recommend a brand or type that lasted more that a few weeks before losing its non-stick properties.

Did you leave a review on their site by any chance? Reason being, as i said in a previous post, there are no negative reviews? Only 5 star reviews so you have proved that not everyone is happy with their products. :S
Keep the receipt . They give good warranty but quality very poor
Tower quality is not very good. I bought one multi function and non stick started peeling so had to throw
If you want a quality one you can get the breville one from AO for £32 delivered ;)
