Beware, OMIO charges a service fee, thus negating some of the 10% code discount.
There may be additional cancellation fees, if you need to cancel.

Booking direct with Eurostar, there are no fees. (edited)

Good prices just a shame it costs a kidney to get a train from anywhere in the UK to London to actually go

Can quite easily get a return to Kings cross from Leeds for under £50 for early May

I never understand how Eurostar are still going. Every times I've looked its 2 or 3 times more expensive than flying...like, who on earth is using the service?

In December went to Euro Disney and the flight was £89 return...I checked the eurostar out and it was £300 return!!!

For me it’s one of convenience. The extra time (and cost) of faffing around with airport parking and check in, plus the added cost of getting from CDG airport to central Paris isn’t much of a saving when Eurostar can take you within a 10min walk of the hotel. And you can have lunch in or near St Pancras for a fair price compared to £25 per person for an airport Wetherspoons (or equivalent) microwave meal and drink (edited)

    Eurostar ticket - £300
    Visa/ETIAS application - £7
Travel to/from St Pancras on UK public transport - £200
    Immigration queue - 2 hours
Enjoying what we lost through Brexit - priceless...

Does the code work for only trains, or (trains+hotel) packages too?

Also, can someone please advise whether it is better to book trains hotels separately, or do the package deals turn out better? Asking as a first time Eurostar traveller.
    AleF's avatar
I've not seen a good train plus hotel offer on Eurostar that beat what I'd find just looking for them separately

I can't for the life of me figure out where the discount code goes to get these discounts.
