I signed up 3 weeks ago and my address (Victorian terrace in London) was showing as available on their website - I saw their engineers in my street 2 months ago fitting cables. It took 2.5 weeks for them to do the "pre install check" and I heard nothing back. I contacted them and they advised they need further checks. So I'm stuck with my current provider out of contract on a high monthly cost until I hear back. I'll give it until next month then renew with my current.

So far not a great impression - slow and poor communication.
