UK is the bottom one on the country list. Then you’ll be able to add a UK address and postcode.
I wouldn't order this from Microsoft thought due to the stick drift issues. Their return and testing process is very slow so you could be without your controller for a couple weeks! They say you may even get a refurbished controller on return (instead of a new one) as well.
