    The more expensive looking but otherwise identical black one is available for this price if you have one of the employer discount schemes that leads to a 'special price' version of their website. The silver one has different silver finishes on it so looks a bit cheap.

    Great microwaves anyway and this latest version cures the one bug bear of the older one that if you nudged the dial it would go into clock setting mode, this one has a separate button and the dial has no push function.

    Got mine yesterday- it was the new other version someone posted on here. Does the top of the microwave bend/ flex when you press it down for anyone else? Hard to explain but the top part feels like a thin sheet you can press down and pops back up when you let go. Trying to work out if this is what it's supposed to be or if I have a faulty one! (edited)

    The John Lewis 25L microwave was the same.

    I had a 23L Samsung one previously which didn't flex, maybe its due to the size.

    most common complaint is that you cant see inside when its running! anyone has same experience ?

    I bought a similar Samsung model on the merit of 'Eco mode'. Was excited to find out if food type, weight and density would be measured to heat in the most energy-efficient way or if the microwaves would 'pulse', so the residual heat between power-usage would continue to heat the food. Well - 'eco-mode' turns the LED clock off.

    I've had this a few years now and going strong, touch wood. Ceramic inside so easy to clean. As other pointed out though, lack of ability to see inside when operating the only downside

    Just got mine delivered and having a play with it.

    Noticed the knob seems to scrape a bit in places when turning unless gently pushed in. Has anyone else noticed this on theirs?

    Other than that and the lack of ability to see inside when running, it seems pretty good.

    Yes I have the same. Makes it feel quite cheap if I'm honest. Apart from the dial feeling, seems to be great! Huge inside, massive step up from our old one!

    I slightly disagree with the bad reviews of not being able to view inside. The light does come on, although the door is tinted, but I didn't seem to struggle to view inside. Maybe I've never had a very bright one before, so doesn't see bad to me

    Did anyone who ordered this need to give a 4 digit code at the point of delivery. The DPD driver said he needed one to deliver the item and I’ve looked everywhere but couldn’t find a code either from eBay or Samsung!
