It is likely that you will receive an unopened item but obviously it is not a guarantee. It is returned items.
I have had excellent experiences with Amazon Warehouse every time I have ordered I have received an unopened item. I did order this and if you want I can let you know the condition.
These controllers are atrocious
edit- cancelled my order looking at the previous Xbox controller deals on here, there are quite a few brand new close to this price that pop in regular may as well wait and spend a extra £5 for brand new (edited)
