Looks like a good deal, the only thing I wonder is the quality - knives seem to be such a minefield. Though Ninja have been great for us (airfryer), and they own Shark (our vacuum is also solid), so I guess they're probably pretty decent. Good reviews on amazon but haven't found any independent reviews yet.

If it helps I recently switched pans from Tefal (the medium expensive ingenio line) to Ninja and Ninja so far is superior.
