Looks like it's multiple use then as long as you don't admit it.
Last time I had one of these, they said each time I used it You can't use it again you know.
And I just said Fine, thank you (edited)
I did this last year, but felt tight as though I wasn't supporting them.
I thought they would begrudge the use of a freebie, but seemed just as joyous as other days I've been and paid.
Great for this struggling with somewhere to take the family in these difficult times (edited)
Promotions seem to be a way to get folk through the gates.
Perhaps treat yourself to a cake and coffee in the cafes - money still goes into the NT pot.

As mentioned earlier, this didn't work for me yesterday with my hotmail but did today with my gmail!
‘Unable to accept your entry, please try again later.‘
It didn’t really confirm it after the process on the site, it just offered opportunity for junk
Just check that you ticked the T&Cs which I thought was nestled between the options for junk. I missed this the first time but the site flagged it for me.
Used an iPhone via Safari
I got mine from the Daily Mirror website
Sheffield park gardens is worth a visit there a craft brewery 360 round the corner as well as the Bluebell railway if your looking for a day out from London
