Online Wimbledon return tickets - only for Ballot applicants

Those who applied in the The Ballot but didn't get any tickets, Wimbledon gives a special access to get return tickets. This link was in the email from Wimbledon announcing the ballot results as well.
It seems that the link is not well publicised as the tickets are so readily available now. One could get centre court tickets for any day by trying a few times in evening.

The website is only open to people who applied in Ballot.
