McDonalds monopoly park lane on eBay why so high in price?

Just been looking on eBay and there is a few park lane listed

Are they really rare or something?

One is for sale at £3,500 other is at £5,000

I just got one but cashed it before looking on eBay

There is one for sale at £20 and one has sold in last 24 hours(shock) now regret cashing it not selling it

    Now do the eBay search again, click advanced and look at Sold listings. I see one sold at £4.99

    Just because something is listed at that price doesn't mean it's worth it or will sell for that.

    All rare property pieces are made based on the prizes made available. There are 4 100k cash prizes on physical stickers so there will be 4 Mayfair pieces. There is 1 digital peel 100k prize too.

    Just be warned That if McDonalds find out that you have traded/bought a sticker off ebay etc then its invalid and they wouldnt honor the prize.
    Also a few years back ebay was rife with scammers selling fakes (At one stage i saw there were several winning green tokens being sold despite there only being a small amount available - aka extremely unlikely!) (edited)
