Honor 20 pro Google is infected issue

Hi there my honor 20 pro flagged up Google is infected yesterday evening. I tried ignore option but it kept coming back up. I then decided to a factory reset thought it had cleared but then it came back again, I can open play store but can't get to update apps as it just clears off the screen. Supposedly the uninstall puts the factory version back on, but I still can't get into play store to update.
Has anyone else had this issue. I don't know what to do. Probably a waiting game for honor/Google to fix
Any help ideas greatly appreciated
