Air Fryer Models - recommendations for pizza, chips, burgers

I'm looking for a air fryer. I don't know where to begin and which models are great. I've heard ninja are great but out of my price range. I want one which is robust and reliable. Links please. Thanks

I got this model from gumtree last year

Got it as pizza fits inside as it has racks not a big bucket

I cook steak in it regularly and frozen chicken for curries.

    Burgers chicken fillets. All fine.

    Chips fine too.

I combine it with a 20 odd quid Bluetooth thermometer which tells me when my meat is ready!

Personally having used a few models I couldn't recommend it. I'd rather stick to the quicker bigger oven...

I got instant vortex 4-in-1 5.7 litre from Amazon for £60 back in may/june. Not tried pizza but chips, burgers, chicken and fish fingers all come out very good.

I'd vote for Instant Vortex 5.7l too. It's the best of the single basket type. Often on offer £60-70 , if you can wait until Black Friday it will almost certainly be at the £60 mark. amazon.co.uk/Ins…h=1

Been using Air Fryers for more than 10 years , they are something we just couldn't do without. Even use to do the Sunday roast and the spuds too. Very rarely use our regular oven, excepting perhaps Christmas. (edited)

I would recommend avoiding the Tower/vortex brands mine packed up after 5 weeks
gather lots of others have had the same problem(they just die seeming without cause)

had an Asda one for about 6 months now
gets used just about daily (edited)

For chips i’d recommend the Tefal Actifry , for everything else the Tefal easy fry XXL it has pretty much replaced our oven and grill , no so good on chips though so use the actifry for those

The Cosori one is a good buy for the price. They were around £130 last Christmas. Gets top reviews in the US.

I just upgraded to a Ninja. But before that I had the Air fryer from Costco Gourmia Digital Air Fryer and I was impressed with that. Did the frozen chips in it also tried the Costco burgers with the Air Fryer and was impressed with it. Still going today that Air fryer just upgraded coz its a good Black Friday Deal from Ninja
