How did you get free delivery?
I will need to return, as they are very uncomfortable at the top of the shoe where it goes up the leg, Is too tight and it rubs badly. I do not have wide legs.
As others have said, I strguuled to get them on my feet - even when undoing the laces a lot. (edited)
I placed my order over a week ago, tried to contact their customer service number via telephone (number not recognised) and have sent an e-mail asking for help along with a screen shot of my order number.
I've ordered from Clarks Outlet a few times before without any problems, but see the lack of communication (and goods) a bit strange...
