Free 3 Day Gym Pass w/ code

Any chance of avoiding the 20 quid sign up fee?

is it 3 consecutive days from the 1st visit,
or 3 single "day pass" anytime up until 31st Dec?

Do you have to use the passes 3 days in row?

what are showers/ changing rooms like like here? read something aout bringing a padlock if u need to use a locker. do they have sauna? Am at chelmsford btw

Is there any reason why I can’t just use a different email address and repeat this till the expiry date?

I'm fortunate that my workplace gym is a Nuffield.

Not because its any great shakes, but they usually allow members of their workplace Nuffield gyms to use their public ones during the big holiday periods (18th Dec - 1st Jan this holiday period) which comes in very handy (as my workplace doesn't have a swimming pool) (I only mention it in case there are a few workplace Nuffield members on here, as their promotion of this perk can be a little lacking)

Local PureGym is often filled with kids (as young as 13) and gangs of weedy roadmen who look like they eat 1 meal per week

Additionally:
- Poor ventilation / AC since energy prices increased. AC is never up enough.

- You'll be interrupted mid-set and asked to move because part of the gym is suddenly being used for a class.

- Broken equipment for weeks.

- Thoroughly overcrowded during peak periods (edited)

Some People seem really worried about gyms being overcrowded or too many roadmen.
Just know that gyms over the Christmas period will be the quietest they’ve been all year. (edited)

3 days in a sauna after New Year sounds interesting

Sign up a few times with different emails and u can get a free week or two outta this

can you activate on 31 Dec and then use it on 1, 2 and 3 of Jan ?

it wont let me edit the start date I was gonna go xmas day and boxing day as my gyms closed anyone else had this problem

im only seeing a 1 day pass option at the gym ive selected. Anyone else getting this?

2 days in a row at the gym, 3-4 hours each time. Gonna lose another 4 kg at this rate! Need to fuel up!
