Nuffield Health are offering a free 1-day gym pass! If one of your New Year's resolutions is to get fit and healthy, hurry over to their website to claim your free pass.

All you need to do is search for your local gym by entering your postcode on their website then complete the online form. The free one-day pass is valid for seven days from download.

*Selected gyms only. Only one free 1-day trial per person. Trial is for 1 day which begins when the trial is redeemed. To use this trial you must be 18 years or over. This trial is for one person only – additional guests will not be permitted using this code. The 1-day trial is only available for non-members. Photographic ID will be required upon attendance.     I think somebody posted a link last year and it was just for London gyms so somebody else posted a link for the whole of the UK (can't remeber if it was on the one for 7 or 10 days).

    Only 6 locations and they are over 100 miles away from me.

    Rather poor showing given a few months back they did a 3 week trial nationwide.
