Not a lot of chocolate for £2. Better off just buying a large bar.

We did that as kids 40 years ago. Got "dropped" eggs from my Dads work too plus the chocolate bars

;Sad there is no egg and mug set this year

Pretty sure 90% of said mugs ended up in landfill before the year is out

Remember everybody. These large eggs contain 6 servings of chocolate.

Milk chocolate egg shell made with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
Approximately 6 portions per hollow shell egg
    Cadbury Twirl.
    2 portions per pack

What do you think there were thinking when they designed those mugs?

I guess £2 for 200gm is pretty good these days. For Cadbury, I'm not too sure though.

I agree, non offer price is often over £1 per 100g these days so this represents good value.

I thought this started today, so went in looking for them. Zero Easter eggs in store, even the small £1.25 Freddo etc. ones.
    Expecting Halloween stuff up tomorrow

strange how the stores list them, Ocado have this size listed as M - Sainsbury's say L... However Sainsburys price is much cheaper - heat added

Went in today and was told offer isn't on and the staff didn't know anything about it. I shown them the Sainsburys website and they said maybe it'll be tomorrow (15th). Really confused.

i went in today and no offer on the staff dont even know about it.

Easter eggs are not worth the money anymore. just a opportunity for supermarkets to rip off the customers.
    Gollywood's avatar
Gullible customers fall for it so the supermarkets persist.

The craziness in supermarkets the night before, customers going absolutely mental looking for Easter eggs, whatever the price.

Really disappointed with Sainsburys, ordered 6 of these eggs (2 each for my kids), ordered for delivery 14th Feb, all out of stock, I picked 6 different eggs, how can they be out of stock of everything in February ....
