Does this work better than the oven?

    No.

But people will try and justify it as if they're making hundreds of pizzas every year to make back the cost. They just love gadgets. It'll be landfill in a few years.

I make my own dough and my pizzas are banging, the oven and a stone is just fine.

I wish they made 14/16 inch versions of these types of things, they're always too small! (edited)

But if you simply want to use off-the-shelf, this or the Ferrari ovens are exactly the right size for Lidl's "Chef Select" stone-baked pizza bases @ £1.69 for a twin pack - they're actually pretty good!

    That is 100% a Ferrari g2 copy!

They are the next best thing to the woodfire oven, but The pizzas take longer, 3 1/2mins compared to 90sec in the wood fired oven. It’s the time the WFO takes to get to temperature, about an hour compared to 15mins on the Ferrari. Cold and wet outside too. In the sunny weather the WFo is used all the time.
Pizzas are smaller for Ferrari. I use the same dough and bases turn out similar.

Once you master your dough you can make some really good pizzas in these in under 4 mins.

Ive had it for a couple of years now, its served me well. Fits chicaga twn large pizzas in fine. Defrost for 2 mins n preheat this for about 3 mins n ul have a 3 min pizza. If your making ur own dough from scratch then 3 mins is rapid u will overdo them if you look away. It isnt just for pizzas, it will make luvly nan bread too. Recently i been doin my soreen loaf in it.

Isn't 2 mins plus 3 mins effectively 5 mins, so not a 3 min pizza?

Just use your Airfyer. They cook even more quickly from defrosted and cook beautifully.
Also make your own dough and top them with whatever grabs you. No need for a separate toy like this. A good airfryer toy will suffice

Can you fit an 11 inch pizza in an air fryer?

52317070-Ckxdt.jpg52317070-cEzLw.jpgIm genuinely impressed so far, my first attempt xd, need to work on pizza dough, its definitely a learning curve, i understand this isn't a proper 480-500 territory but vs our household oven at 250.. there's just no copari, around 7 min it reaches the highest temp- foe example that pizza here took roughly 3 min to cook edit: second attempt first pic (edited)

Decided to get this one instead of the G3 from Amazon Italy. The 2 yr warranty was definitely an important factor for me. I'll report back on how I got on with this later

Did you get one recently? I find with my local Lidl/s if you're not there day 1 they release, anything half decent is gone!

    What's the diameter?

    That's what she... never mind.

If this works the same as my g3 Ferrari then it will churn out some ok pizzas only downside is the upper could be hotter for my liking but a quick flame within a gas torch helps a lot. There is another oven out there that you adjust both elements but it has been out of stock for ages.Klaif Electric Pizza Oven 420℃ 1200 Watt 5 Separate Temperature Levels Temperature Display Flame Resistant Stone Plate 31cm amzn.eu/d/h…iqL

your gas torch idea, that never occured to me - something like this?
Is that cost effective,in terms of butane gas refills?

My old g3 Ferrari died last year. is this a decent replacement?

I thought it was made by the same company, I could be wrong. Love my g3 Ferrari, we are going to use it tonight

I've got a very similar g3 knock-off and I'm very happy with the quality of pizza.

Any good? I have an Ooni but due to how miserable the weather is in this country I can't use it 90% of the time so I need a plan B

52451982-W9hXj.jpgI picked one up last week, it makes a very good pizza. 4 min, no more on full heat. (edited)

    Home made or shop bought?

I highly recommend this pizza oven. It takes about 7 mins to warm up and I keep the heat setting to 4.5, then cook for 3.5 mins. Absolutely delicious pizzas 52526754-xIS4C.jpg52526754-t28yn.jpg

Do you put them on that tray before putting in the oven?
