It's a bit old being a 2021 model. But it's one of the few LG Qneds that are mini LED, as a lot of them are not.

    74.5"
    Full 10 bit IPS panel
    40-120Hz
    4 x HDMI 2.1
Dolby vision, Dolby vision IQ, HDR10 pro, HLG.

It's also a full 10 bit panel, but it's IPS (so better for off axis viewing), and not as vibrant as VA when viewed straight on.

Has an older SOC or processor (A7 Gen 4) and WebOS 6.0. - I don't know if this is still supported or being updated?

LG changed the numbering to years instead of versions. So the most current version is WebOS 24

It not a bad TV, but like @technobot says, you can get better specification 2023 or 2024 models.

For the money, you can't get a better image at 75". Sure there's a bit of DSE but this is only noticeable during dark scenes when viewing uniform scenes such as a blue sky. Blooming is also only visible in very dark scenes. Most movies don't really have many scenes like this but even the latest Batman movie which is quite dark was fine for me, not really noticeable.
I bought mine 2 months ago and have decided to keep it. Heat.

I have the 65 inch , the 75 inch wouldn't fit on my wall so cancelled LOL , stunning picture and I'm not understanding this DSE I have zero, I only see it with no input, Gaming is another level for £799 I paid with a 5 year guarantee, I couldn't be happier

You need to have LED local dimming turned on (set it to Medium) this ensures that each of the LEDs making up the miniLED backlight can be dimmed according to the brightness of what is being displayed on that area of the screen in front.
The reason for this is because when LED local dimming is disabled, I believe the entire backlight is set to the same brightness at all times, so displaying a black or white screen will be very uniform (no DSE visible) but at the cost of blacks looking slightly grey and not as deep of a black as if the miniLED backlight were switched off.

If you do already have LED local dimming enabled then like I said DSE is not often noticeable except in scenes such as a camera panning across a sky or a football pitch. Even then it's not that bad and I can ignore it or go looking for it, but it is there and wouldn't be visible on an OLED.

You can test using the video below:

The explanation above is from my own intuitive understanding please correct me if anything is wrong. (edited)
