The next generation of HDR
Bring your viewing experience to a new level of luminance, realism and colour depth with Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ Adaptive—the latest in HDR technology. With support for HDR 10 and HLG standards, you can watch even more films and series in breathtaking colour.

Liven up your living space
Fire TV Ambient Experience allows you to turn the biggest screen in your home into a personal display for beautiful artwork, photos, music and customisable Alexa widgets. Sensors ensure that Ambient Experience is only active when the room is occupied and account for lighting conditions so your images always look great

All-in-one entertainment
From an easy-to-use Home screen, get to your favourite apps, satellite TV, video games, Amazon Luna, live TV and more. Fire TV Omni QLED series gives you access to over a hundred thousand films and TV programmes. Watch your favourites with BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+, ITVX, Freevee, Pluto TV, Paramount+ and others.

Control the TV with your voice
Put down the remote and ask for your favourite films and TV series from across the room. You can also ask to check the sports scores, set timers, reminders and more—even when the TV screen is off.

A smarter TV experience
Fire TV is always adding new Alexa skills, features, smart home capabilities and voice functionality. You can ask Alexa to do things such as, start a video call with Alexa Communications or Zoom, or show picture-in-picture live camera feeds without interrupting your workout. When you're not watching TV, Alexa widgets give you the information you need with just a glance. To get started, just ask “Alexa, what can you do?”

Build your home cinema
Creating an immersive home cinema has never been easier. You can wirelessly pair Echo speakers using the Alexa app, or connect a soundbar or an AV receiver to the eARC port. Enjoy high-quality audio from your devices for films and gaming, or music with subscriptions to Amazon Music, Spotify and more.

Designed to protect your privacy
Alexa and Fire TV Omni QLED Series are built with multiple layers of privacy protection. Fire TV Omni QLED Series has a Microphone Off switch that electronically disconnects the microphones. You also have control over your voice recordings and can view, hear or delete them at any time in the Alexa app. Learn more about Alexa privacy.

Different TV. That was their basic 4 series model without local dimming and quantum dot filter. It was also by invite only so very limited in the amount that was sold at that price (edited)

My Firestick plays adverts at me, so I wouldn't want a TV with that built in.

Roku boxes are trialling an update (patent approved) that plays ads when your watching your server content, netflix, crunchy roll etc.

    Nasty stuff.

I have had this tv (43") for a couple of months now, it was a replacement for the old sammy in the kitchen. I'm not an exert but I'm fairly knowledgeable. I wont go into great detail but I would say this TV is good to very good in all areas apart from two, It is a little slow and the viewing angles probably let it down a little also.

    whathifi.com/rev…601 Good review for it.
Looking to see if this is sold in Currys but the website is down. Maybe able to use perks with work.

Anyone have any recommendations for the best tvs you can buy in the 40 inch size range? Happy to spend quite a bit more for a really good tv.

12% 1 star reviews on Amazon starts alarm bells in my mind. But, anyone who owns this will know how good/bad they are.
