Though I have a question for other Samsung Pay+ Curve users. I get emails from them offering a referral bonus. On 14 Feb, it was supposedly tripled. It wants me to go to the Referrals icon in Launchpad, yet I don't have one. Do any other Samsung Pay+ users get that option, or could it just be for regular Curve users?

I do see referrals and I am on SP+ Curve. The tripled referrals have ended though.

Much less effort to get the same deals free on O2 Priority every weekend.

    Thank you got it.
Samsung Pay is A PAIN. SUPER PAIN.
Every time they do some app update it removes all cards from my Samsung Pay for no reason. Imagine being at shop at the till and trying to pay.
You press button on watch and it tells you to Start and add card.
You need to manually type all details and card numbers as 90% of time it doesn't want to import previously used card.
Technology is supposed to help you lol
This time I did same and on Samsung Pay could see offer and clicked to Enter.
    Added card and got voucher.

VERY SMALL compensation for all regular frustration of using Samsung Pay.

    End of rant

It has worked for me with an HSBC credit card.

I already have Samsung Wallet, and Samsung Pay+ by Curve that sits behind. I did not add the card to Curve. Instead, within the Samsung Wallet menu there is a payments cards icon. I went into there and added the new card.

Actually I forgot to activate the Greggs promo before adding the card but it didn't matter. The voucher appeared immediately after activating the promo, having activated the card a few minutes beforehand.

waste of time. I had two awards which the app convenienty forgot, despite spamming me with notifications (its cold, have a sausage roll etc).

    App deleted. (edited)

Good that I am not the only one who has been utterly frustrated by the app.
What an awful app, no wonder they need to do these kind of offers.

I assume you need a samsung phone to use the samsung waller app ?

Tried the voucher/QR code in two separate Greggs, and it didn't work
    ramako's avatar
Did you get it to work? Now you've made me anxious ....

It's not worth the effort just to get a single breakfast roll and a coffee.

Samsung pay isn't compatible with my device and my Samsung phone isn't a year old how stupid
  19. NeoDoug1's avatar
Apparently my Lloyds Visa debit card is not compatible with Samsung Wallet, so it tells me to register for Curve, but I already have Curve, so no deal for me... 😞

This is long locked my phone BBy mistake it's say it took my card but no voucher?

I've registered before (HSBC) - mainly for the promotions that pop up every now and again (eg 3 months Disney+, competition entries - and I actually won something on one of those competitions too - some galaxy buds+!)

I guess if I just unregister an existing card and then re-register it that would make me eligible for this promotion? Might try it if I can be so bothered (but then I've missed loads of greggs via 02 priority, so chances are likely I'll miss this one too)

Tend to go through a phase of using samsung pay for a while, after (or for) a promotion, and then switching back to google pay, as google pay will just work as long as your phone is unlocked, whereas samsung pay requires you to open the samsung pay app, and THEN use your fingerprint, which gets to be a PITA after a while (edited)

Thanks - TSB debit card required Curve so gave up on that. Santander worked fine
