£654.10 for the 16GB model via EPP etc

    My mistake, it's the 15.6" display(NP950XED-KA2UK) at £654: samsung.com/uk/…uk/

The Silver 360(16GB) is the same price though (edited)

I had the 15.6" Book 2 Pro and the battery barely last 2 hours. Undoubtably the worst laptop I ever owned and I've owned a lot of laptops.

Sorry about that, hope you got a refund

cheaper on EPP around 650 for the 16gb i7 version, also has the 15.6 inch version available for same price non 360 screen but has better speakers, an extra NVME slot, extra usb port, SD card reader and HDMI port. (edited)

Which model is it? Can't find it. Thx

Any idea what the refresh rate is on these screens? Been trying to find out but no luck so far.

    60hz

    This or this one?

After something for my daughter for her school but want something with a more multimedia experience rather than a standard laptop. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

It's a tough one, this might be more durable if that makes sense but in my opinion both the Samsung wins hands down for me.

Download the app to get an extra 5% off your first order over £500 with code APP5

Book2 Pro with 650 off +15% Bday code +10% TCB and £20 of Samsung Reward points has dropped me sub £500 for what was almost a £2k laptop on release. See what I can get back for my Galaxy Book1 now on the bay. Chuffed with that as I was going to spank £1.5K for Book4 pro and free pad but the Bday wouldnt work incombination with the laptop trade in so saved myself £1k this way. (edited)

Nice Laptops, but they are 2022 model and only 1080p screen, but they are super premium and lightweight, but can scratch easily according to some reviews (edited)
    comedychris's avatar
No gpu etc so it is obviously for social media, word processing, work stuff, ling battery's etc and for that the difference between 2022 and 2024 is negligible when performance isnt a big deal in non high performance targeting laptops, for the build quality and weight and screen quality even at 1080p if your in need ide rather this than a 1k 2023 laptop with 5% better battery and cpu or a 750 2023 worse build heavy thing...

    Roll-on the i5's ( 15.6) i think it's about time they started to move.
    comedychris's avatar
    what price you thinking, if the i7 16gb 15.6 inch is 650 odd, i5 8gb 500 and 16gb 550? or even less?
  10. mm94210's avatar
Would anyone be willing to spare a birthday code so I can get the extra discount?

Got the 15" GB2P 360 from Currys with 16GB and 512GB on clearance for £554 steal!

I'm not an apple fan but if I was spending this money a MacBook M1 M2 air second hand would be better option, battery life is a key for me on a laptop
    comedychris's avatar
These are quoted as 21 hours battery more realistically 8-12 but still fine similar to macbook?
  13. madforadeal's avatar
Is it still on at that price?
    comedychris's avatar
Code takes 650 off... even more in the epp since already had a reduction on the full price.
  14. Portos's avatar
I had the Book 2 Pro 360 i7 version and it was a nice device. However, I would not pay the price for the 3-rd gen as the imporvement is minimal.
  15. BlackCats2112's avatar
Tempting. Does anybody know when the bday codes expire?
  16. GustyBagels's avatar
Shame they don't do the 15 inch 360 version

Looked at these a couple of days ago. Choose Zenbook Flip 14 OLED (i5) instead.
    BlackCats2112's avatar
I've got my eye on the Zenbooks. How much did you get the Flip for?
  18. A_Kfaz's avatar
Anyone received this? Also any major difference between the two versions on offer here?
  19. DarenDickinson's avatar
I got the Book2 Pro although the 15.6" rather than the 13.3".

Major difference is the 360 flips all the way round and is touchscreen. Pro is a normal clamshell laptop without a touchscreen.
