The listing says up to £200 cashback, but that isn't really true.
You can claim 2 x bags of coffee and then £50 cashback once you've ordered 20 bags of beans!

Still a great price for a highly recommended machine.

Tempted to get one myself as a good entry to the world of decent coffee if you have a good grinder already

I don't know anything about proper coffee machines but am in the market for one. How does this Bambino compare to this, if you know please:

How do I claim the free 2 x bags? Do I need to make a purchase first? I dont want 4 bags for first delivery!

It's a url you go to and enter your details, then they send you the two bags almost instantly, so hold off filling out that form if you already have a couple of bags to get through. (I can't remember how long after purchase you have to claim, but I think it's a few weeks).

What is better to have though, I have thought about this for months; two separate device such as Sage Bambino Plus and Sage Smart Grinder Pro, or a single unit such as Sage Barista Touch Impress? Any thoughts on this?

I'm a noob but from what I've been advised here, separate is better because you'd be separating the possible points of failure i.e. If either part fails, you'd only need to replace that one part, not the whole combo machine.

Breville customer support/ after sale support is basically nil. When their product breaks (which it will) good luck.

I'd buy gaggia or delonghi over breville every time.

That hasn't been my experience. I bought this machine and the Smart Grinder Pro. The grinder developed a fault after a year and they replaced it on the strength of some basic checks and a 10-minute phone call. I was happy with that
