Three ply, induction friendly, dishwasher safe - the only possible downside is up to 240 degrees in the oven (some allow hotter). Lipped design for better pouring than straight edge and they look quite clean and simple with riveted handles. Also have a lifetime guarantee and 10 yrs on the non stick chef pan (which is in the 5 pan set).
