It's a good price but I'm not a fan of these unfortunately. It gave me a strange aftertaste which lasted for hours. Would rather just buy regular Pringles, although I know these are targeted as less salt

Do these wholegrain varieties taste the good?... same?.. better?.. OR worse?

They are grim…….I won’t buy again,  o matter how cheap.

It's not just about being generically healthy, but wholegrain and wholewheet is really something diabetics have to be concerned about when they are looking at anything with carbs. It gives a slower sugar spike than white flour.

But pringles are made of potatoes. Wholegrain potatoes...?

They're only 42% potato. Loads of flour in there too.

The bit that cracks me up is that people might pick these up thinking they're somehow a healthy option.

My favorite is chicken with rosemary. They are delicious and much healthier than normal chips

Found same in farmfoods the other day.

These definitely haven't gone down well with people. Been reduced in many places for quite a while now

Have to agree and I only noticed these low salt additions when the HFSS rule was supposed to be implemented. Coincidence no?

Good stuff, i bought the BBQ when they were 69p a few months ago. I'll try and get some tomorrow from my local shop.

Great price to try them out... based on others opinions not sure if they'll be that nice (mouth melting traditional salt n vinegar 'crisps' always my favourite) but a bargain for a taste trial - cheers OP : )

I've noticed the sour cream variety is often on sale reduced in markets and pound shops etc, the BBQ one as well. Don't know why this is but happily pick up a pack occasionally. (I avoid buying biscuits, chocolate and crisps owing to greater risk of a meal replacement binge - so I suspect this means they produce greater sugar spikes. Or I prefer the taste.
I am now feeling triggered so it is just as well there's no cheese and onion crisps anywhere.
    Voted hot. 😜 (edited)

    These are horrible!

That's why they've been heavily reduced

Comments unanimously agree that these are awful tasting - don't they test new products before release?

Maybe they are experimenting and trying to make healthier snacks but haven't got there yet. Remember how awful the first energy saving lightbulbs were and when electric vehicle meant milk float.

Both me and my son love the bbq ones.

Me too, love these but tricky to find sometimes
