Oh yes, initial layout is cheap but Samsung products are crap. They’ll break in 25 months, just outside the warranty period…

Hmm, had my ceramic Samsung microwave since Dec 2018, no issues at all

On one of the reviews shows a chicken that looks like its been cooked in the oven so is this solely just a microwave or does it have browning settings

It has a grill on little grill on the top to grill foods with.

Avoid.... impossible to see through the glass when the microwave is heating something inside.

And you want to see it for what reason? 🤦🏽

Samsung microwaves are really mediocre quality.

Door tint is to dark. Can't see anything inside.
Underpowered. Same power 10yo hot point was much faster.
Low built quality. A bit of metal rattling here and there

I have the MS23 model purchased in June 2020. It works perfectly after 4 years and moderately heavy use for a family of 5.

The window is definitely too dark though, I have to switch my kitchen light off to check my porridge doesn't overflow.

The deodorising function works quite well, getting rid of any potent food smells. (edited)

Picked up the 28litre for this this price about 2 months ago. Very happy with it

Any issues? I read some things about stuff not being cooked compared to their old bog-standard microwaves. I know it's hard to trust reviews, but I'd appreciate your perspective. Have you used it on supermarket microwave meals?

My regular comment on if anyone can spare a Samsung bday voucher they won't be using? You'd be helping me so much!

Our one got to 14 months and then the faults started, first the light stopped working then the digital display gave up, it wasn’t the greatest when it did work.

Got even less out of mine, switched to Panasonic which has been fine

EPP is an employee purchase programme. To access the price you'll need to use a benefits platform such as perks at work through your employer (if they offer it) or a similar alternative I think!

Am I the only one that thinks the build quality of these are really poor now? I owned one years ago and just replaced it, but man they're like cheap tat now compared to the old build, feels like they've cut a lot of corners instead of raising the price.

I agree. I needed a cheap microwave, and the Samsung was the cheapest in that size range. I wouldn't buy a Samsung TV, phone or fridge or anything of high value
